What do I do if I forgot my password? |
| |
| |
|
If you forget or lose your password, go to ZipClaims and click Login. On the next screen, click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your User Name and click Submit.
ZipClaims shows your preferred Security Question that you must provide the answer for in the box provided to confirm your identity. Enter the answer, then click Submit. When you answer the question correctly, ZipClaims sends a message to the e-mail address provided during Account Setup giving you a link to follow to reset your Password. Make sure to check your Inbox and Spam folder in order to receive the message. If the message is directed to your Spam folder, change the sender address from a Spam sender to an Accepted sender, if available on your e-mail system.
Click the link to go to the page where you reset your Password. Enter your User Name and click Next. Enter your Security Answer once again and click Next. Enter a New Password, confirm the entry, and click Next. Your Password is now reset; click Finish to be taken back to the Login screen. |

One-Time Setup and Training Fee - $299.00
Our Ultimate Customer Care team assists you and your billing staff in setting up your practice information, inputting insurance routing numbers, and in creating your first claims. Our Ultimate Customer Care team is available by e-mail at Support@ZipClaims.com or by phone at 1-866-925-2317, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
Monthly Charges
Per-Claim Subscription – Best value for practices generating less than 67 claims per month. Allows for one or many practitioners.

ABC codes are 5-character alphabetic symbols that represent thousands of integrative healthcare products and services. ABC codes remedy the lack of procedure and / or supply items that are not covered by CPT® or HCPCS II code sets. Using ABC codes to document care allows providers to more accurately describe their services because ABC codes are specific enough to meet the needs of providers whose care are not adequately represented by other HIPPA mandated code sets. |
