9.   Managing Passwords

  a. Forgot Your Password
 
   
Click Forgot Password? on the ZipClaims Login page
Enter your User Name and click Submit
Enter you Security Answer in response to your Security Question and click Submit
A message will be sent to the e-mail address provided during Account Setup giving you a link to follow to reset your Password
Make sure to check your Inbox and Spam folder in order to receive the message; if the message is directed to your Spam folder, change the sender address from a Spam sender to an Accepted sender, if available on your e-mail system
Click the link to go to the page where you reset your Password
Enter your User Name and click Next
Enter your Security Answer once again and click Next
Enter a new Password, confirm the entry, and click Next
Your Password is now reset; click Finish to be taken back to the Login screen

   Click the My Subscriptiontab to access the Security Info sub tab to edit your password
   Enter you current Password in the Old Password field
   Enter your new Password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields and click Save
