Click Forgot Password? on the ZipClaims Login page |

Enter your User Name and click Submit |

Enter you Security Answer in response to your Security Question and click Submit |

A message will be sent to the e-mail address provided during Account Setup giving you a link to follow to reset your Password |

Make sure to check your Inbox and Spam folder in order to receive the message; if the message is directed to your Spam folder, change the sender address from a Spam sender to an Accepted sender, if available on your e-mail system |

Click the link to go to the page where you reset your Password |

Enter your User Name and click Next |

Enter your Security Answer once again and click Next |

Enter a new Password, confirm the entry, and click Next |
| • |
Your Password is now reset; click Finish to be taken back to the Login screen |
