  • $300.00 one-time setup and training fee:
    Includes 30 days of unlimited support and training. We help you set up your practice information, insurers, patients and initial claims.
  • $15.00 per month minimum charge:
    Includes the first 10 claims per month. Each claim thereafter costs $1.50. Best value for practices not exceeding 67 claims per month.
     

• Premier Subscription

  • $300.00 one-time setup and training fee:
    Includes 30 days of unlimited support and training. We help you set up your practice information, insurers, patients and initial claims.
  • $100.00 per month minimum charge:
    Includes the first 200 claims per month. Each claim thereafter costs $1.00.
     

• Custom Subscription

  • Call (866) 925-2317 or email us at Support@ZipClaims.com for volume pricing for practices with claims volume higher than 200 claims per month.
     

• End-User Logins

  • $20.00 per additional login per calendar year:
    Each subscription includes one login. Purchase additional logins to give access to your practice staff.

    As needed – includes additional training, troubleshooting claims and calls to insurance companies, etc.
     

• Consulting

  • $150.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments:
